The Center organizes at least one conference each year devoted to issues of common interest to French and American researchers and of significance for our two societies, especially those where there are divergent French and American approaches to these issues. By these means, the Center aims to foster new links and create new networks among French and Stanford researchers.
Proposals for conferences are evaluated and selected by the France-Stanford Center Executive Committee.
